paid took his own named all documents including car and ownership as well. When
the ownership of car is transferred to our name, if there is created any lawful
conflict regarding ownership related documents and Government Revenue, so
seller will be liable completely for this conflict. The Authorities of B.R.T.A
will not take any responsibilities. Above particular having read, heard and
being understood its inner meaning has signed my/our respective name at said affidavit.

(Ten lac seventy five thousand) taka only and have got entire value cash handed
over the car including all documents of car, which was belong to us. There is
no suit by traffic law against the car. If there is created any conflict
regarding ownership transfer, so I/We will be liable for that suit. Now, if I
make mutation to the name of purchaser, I will not have any objection for this
reason. The entire particular of said agreement is accurate and truth to the
best of my knowledge. Already, this car is not mortgage/sold to anyone, sold
with completely conflict less condition. Above particular having read, heard
and being understood its inner meaning has signed my/our respective name at
said affidavit.
